I spent 20 years immersed in various aspects of the banking industry, gaining deep expertise and hands-on experience. I eventually transitioned out of banking to broaden my perspective on business ethics and strengthen my leadership capabilities.
My core strengths—what I consider my “superpowers”—are leadership, networking, and employee retention. I’ve successfully led multiple system conversions and implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and operational efficiency.
I approach each day with a positive mindset. While I allow myself brief challenging moments, I never let an entire day be defined by them.
Before entering the business world, I worked in diverse roles that shaped my resilience and adaptability: plumber, heavy equipment operator, lumberjack, and later, sales in the mobile phone industry.
I have completed many business trainings, and some college.
