About

I'm Luciani Koroshec, a recent graduate of Westmont College with a B.A. in Political Science. What drives me most is fostering genuine human connection. I strive to be a breath of fresh air in a world that can feel disconnected and dogmatic.

I currently work at the Santa Barbara Airport, which allows me to travel on employee flight benefits and interact daily with people from all walks of life, backgrounds and cultures, an experience that's shaped both how I see the world and the kind of work I want to do next: something people-facing, where connection is the point rather than a byproduct. Outside of work, I stay active through running, the gym, and skateboarding, and I recently picked up DJing, a new outlet for that same drive to bring people together, this time through music. Thus, I'm looking for a role where that same energy, showing up, paying attention, making people feel seen, is actually part of the job.
