Lucie Simkova

I am a dedicated professional with a passion for working with people, particularly children. My experience in individual and team settings has strengthened my communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills. I excel at fostering positive environments, managing time efficiently, and solving problems creatively. My interpersonal skills and teamwork enable me to contribute effectively to any team.

As an AuPair and house assistant in California since January 2022, I have been responsible for childcare, teaching, household tasks, and driving. Prior to that, I worked as a Community Manager at Bakanno Malaga in 2021, where I managed social media, organized events for Erasmus students, and communicated with customers. From 2019 to 2021, I was a seasonal lifeguard at Koupaliště Náchod, ensuring pool safety and providing first aid.

I also helped manage my family's bee farm from 2012 to 2020, assisting in production, packing, sales, and food service. Additionally, I have been an instructor at a local firefighter sport club since 2013, helping train younger members for competitions.

I hold a BA in Security and Management from the University of Pardubice, where I studied from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, I completed my secondary education at Obchodní Academie Náchod, graduating in 2017. Additionally, I have earned a certificate in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross, which I obtained in November 2023.
