Luis Sierra

Currently residing in Manassas, home of record is Panhandle of Florida (Mary Esther). I will be coming off Active Duty at FT Belvoir this coming October. I work in Risk Management Internal Controls or Governance, Risk and Compliance.

Traditionally, I am an Infantry Branch Soldier with over 17 years Active but combined 36 years total service including guard, reserve, deployments, and active tours. I hold a TS/SCI. In my free time I enjoy, fishing, shooting, cooking and travel.

Served in positions of progressive responsibility managing from 10 to over 600 personnel. Five years working with Senior Leaders and Executive level personnel in the National Capitol Region as the program Manager for Risk Management Internal Controls. Conducted 1 year of Military Analysis at the Center For Army Analysis, Wargaming Department.

Served multiple deployments. Held multiple command positions. HAZMAT certified, Equal Employment requirements, Resiliency, Force Protection, Sexual Harassment and Response Program, Training Management, Training Development, and Counseling.
