I am a customer success director with extensive experience in customer facing roles. This includes working with smb, mid-market and enterprise customers handling the overall customer relationship, upsells, expansion and renewals. I have also built out inside sales teams and a customer success team. My experience includes 10 years working in the EMEA market and the past 12 back in the USA.
My professional experience includes working in customer facing roles at SaaS companies in the ERP space, Martech and Fintech. I have been both an individual contributor and a team manager.
My BA in Economics is from Reed College in Portland. There I learned how to learn and gained an appreciation for lifelong learning. I have a Masters in International Business Economics from the University of Leuven in Belgium. The Masters degree from KU Leuven helped me gain further insight into the European economy.
