    • Created the first resource in the Faribault Division (which encompasses Minnesota, North Dakota, Iowa and Wisconsin) for stores to seek out coverage to resolve staffing obstacles. Previously, associates or store managers would have to call each individual store or employees to inquire about potential assistance with specific shifts or tasks; the tool I created provides a much more streamlined and efficient option to resolve these issues. For these efforts I received commendation from not only local company leadership, but the Vice President for our entire division, and was informed that my efforts were now being duplicated with success across other divisions in the United States.
