Mackenzie Shade is an East Coast native passionate about championing representation in media and advocating for human rights.
After graduating from Tulane University, she spent two years as an Assistant Language Teacher in Sapporo, Japan. Upon moving to Los Angeles, she rose from intern to Executive Assistant for two departments at boutique talent agency DDO Artists Agency. Most recently, she spent the last five years with Kaley Cuoco's production company Yes, Norman Productions (THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT, HARLEY QUINN), where she worked her way up from assistant to manager of development by contributing to the formation of the brand, originating its organizational systems, and providing thoughtful notes on all projects.
In her free time, you might find her reading books, playing video games, scream-singing at concerts, and/or annoying her friends and family with sassy critical analysis while they're just trying to watch TV.
