Hello, my name is Madelyn Moss; I am from Houston, Texas and currently work as an Acquisition Manager for BMW of the Woodlands. I completed a year and half of school at Texas Tech University, studying marketing, and chose to work in the car industry. Before this, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at a local swim school.
I believe I have great Customer Interaction skills mainly due to the experience I am gaining at my current job. Here, I negotiate vehicle values with customers, which is the greatest way to learn how to communicate efficiently and respectfully with clientele. I have multiple returning customers, even having only been in this position for a short amount of time.
I am outgoing and enjoy the social aspect of life, in the sense that I am definitely a “people person”. Thank you for your time and consideration and I look forward to hearing back.
I am currently an Acquisition Manager for a luxury car dealership in the wealthiest area of Houston and arguably Texas. Here, I put a price on every Used Car we take into our Inventory and am responsible for bringing said used vehicles in. This means buying cars outright from individuals and pricing trade-in’s.
Before this, I was a Customer Service Representative and Swim Instructor at FINS Swim School. I worked here for five years and was given the opportunity to coach over 700 swimmers of all ages and experience levels as well as set schedules, answer phones/customer inquiries, and maintain a clean facility.
I have my High School Diploma from Klein Cain University and went on to begin an education in Marketing at Texas Tech University before deciding I was interested in pursuing a career in the Car Industry.
