Madison Rust

I’m a Registered Nurse and recent BSN graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a passion for helping people look and feel their best. I’m especially drawn to aesthetic and dermatologic nursing because it allows me to blend patient care with confidence-building results. I value trust, precision, and genuine connection in every patient interaction and am excited to keep learning and growing in this field.

I’m a Registered Nurse with a strong foundation in clinical care, leadership, and patient communication. My experience includes clinical rotations across psychiatric, pediatric cardiac, labor and delivery, and adult medical-surgical units, where I strengthened my skills in assessment, medication administration, and therapeutic communication.

I also shadowed at Medimorph MedSpa, gaining exposure to aesthetic procedures, injectables, skincare treatments, and pre/post-procedure care. This experience deepened my passion for helping patients feel confident and supported while learning the precision and safety standards of aesthetic nursing.

Beyond nursing, I’ve built strong teamwork and leadership abilities as a server supervisor, training staff, managing fast-paced service, and fostering a positive environment. I’m passionate about providing compassionate, detail-oriented care and continuing to grow in both dermatologic and aesthetic nursing.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with a Minor in Public Health from the University of Cincinnati. My education provided a strong foundation in patient-centered care, safety, and interdisciplinary collaboration. I hold an active Registered Nurse Multi-State Compact License and completed Interprofessional Collaborative Practice in HIV Care training.
