17 years in the customer service industry with experience in sales, reception work, order writing, and management roles. I have a degree in graphic design, and I am currently taking courses in Cyber Security to further my tech skills. My longest position was with Trader Joes for 4 years. I was a section leader for the wine department. Attention to detail, being organized and working in a team setting were utilized to be successful and boost sales in my department.
