I am a board-certified Physician Assistant who recently graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina’s PA program. With a strong interest in Women’s Health and Primary Care, I am dedicated to fostering meaningful patient connections and delivering high-quality care centered on education, preventive measures, and evidence-based practices. During my training, I proactively sought opportunities to enhance my skills in patient care through elective clinical rotations in women's health and family/internal medicine, shadowing experiences, as well as volunteering at women's shelters and free clinics.
My goal as a provider is to join a clinical team that values collaboration, compassion, and patient education, where I can contribute to improving health outcomes in the community.
I completed seven core clinical rotations, including Family Medicine, Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Mental Health, Pediatrics, Women’s Health, and Internal Medicine, along with two elective rotations in Women’s Health and Primary Care. At a local free clinic, I volunteered to see and treat patients under the supervision of a provider. I also played a key role in educating pregnant and mothering teens in foster care on topics such as breastfeeding, STIs, female anatomy, and general sexual health.
Prior to attending Physician Assistant school, I worked as a Patient Care Technician at Bon Secours St.
Hospital in a surgical progressive care unit. In this role, I monitored vital signs and blood glucose levels, managed input and output, and ensured patient hygiene through CHG bed baths, linen changes, and perineal care.
I graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina in August 2024 with a degree in Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, and recently became board certified through the NCCPA. I also went to The College of Charleston where I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health.
