I have a strong passion for all aspects of people work, especially the candidate experience.

At lyft, I have worked as a program coordinator on the Intern team. My experience includes building out, scheduling and leading new hire onboarding while supporting multiple work streams and projects. I also coordinated Intern Manager check-ins, facilitated offboarding and hosted office hours to answer questions from employees.

As a recruiting coordinator, I am skilled in various systems, such as Google Spreadsheets, Excel, Docusign, GoodTime & GreenHouse that I use on a daily basis. In this role, I timely schedule and communicate interviews and meetings both internally with the talent team and externally with the candidate. This included travel arrangements, debrief scheduling and cross functional communication.I can juggle many tasks at once and work well in a fast paced environment.

Here I have owned the process of developing policies and procedures, creating future intern program development plans, and maintaining a database of candidate information and scheduling.
