Makayla Roberson

Hello, I’m Makayla and I’ve been working as a pharmacy technician for two and a half years. What I find so interesting about the pharmacy is learning about the medications, how they work, and how they can treat patients. I love to work as a team to achieve our goals in the pharmacy and I always provide exceptional customer service, doing my best to help patients and reassure any questions they may have.

As a big advocate for mental health, I take my job seriously and am empathetic towards the people in the community.

I’ve been a pharmacy technician at CVS for two and a half years, which entail helping patients refill and get their prescription, counting medication, answering phone calls and handling insurance claims/issues that occur.

I attended an early college high school at The University of Akron and graduated not only with my high school diploma but my associate’s degree at the age of 18.
