Handling parts and ordering parts for jobs or stock, talking with the mechanics about parts and other services that can be done and understanding what is being said. I detail the work orders with what issues that driver is having.

Parts ordering, cashing out and warranties are all things I deal with at the counter. I was promoted within the first six months of being there and continue to want to grow. It's a very fast paced place which means being diligent is important.

You need to have an open mind with the drivers and companies as they have specific instructions that need to be followed with every job. Keeping things very organized and very detailed is the biggest key to success.

• Albany, OR (2022-04 - 2024-05) I was in charge of the whole parts department for my shop. I ordered all the parts, kept up with all stock orders. Weekly check in meetings. Cycle counts had to be done every day to help maintain the inventory. Being organized was the biggest key to being able to keep up with all invoices, all parts needed. I redid the whole parts rooms and labeled all items so that it was easier for the technicians to find the parts needed for each job. Cleaner - The Cleaning Authority - Woodburn, OR (2019-02 - 2019-07) Teamed with one or two other people, cleaned up to four houses a day, sometimes talk with customers if they're home, driving to different towns depending on where the houses are.
