I know how to clean, I know the process and how the cleaning functions work in a nursing home. I also know the activities and recreatIonal roles too I used to work in a nursing home for a while so I know lots of roles in the nursing home industry
I get along well with residents and I know how to react to them depending on their emotions. I’m pretty good when it comes to remembering what they like and don’t like as I love to make everyone happy
