Marcella Neira

My name is Marcella Neira and I am an HR professional with over 15 years of Human Resources experience. My passion for HR has led to an interest in an adjunct position role as I have been exposed to various industries throughout my career. I am hoping to share my passion and expertise through teaching. My expertise has been in HR compliance, full-cycle recruitment, HRIS management and change management.

Multifaceted, collaborative and results oriented human resources professional with 15 + years experience. My professional background has been diverse which has allowed me to optimize and cultivate my HR knowledge in various environments, projects and implementations. My extensive knowledge has produced successful outcomes when working both individually and in team settings.

I am a committed people leader with a passion for data analytics and analysis, talent development, change management, and succession planning. My last role was an HR Manager role with a distribution company.

I attended Loyola University Chicago for graduate school. I completed my master's degree program, Human Resources and Employee Relations Management. I graduated in August of 2023. In addition, my undergraduate degree is in Business Management from Loyola, too.
