Quality Assurance: Front end of all quality specifications, ensuring all special services of airplane parts (Wheels,
Brakes, Landing Systems) meet customer specifications and Aerospace standards.
● Metallurgical Lab Testing: Supporting Lab technician, conducting testing of metals for quality control based on customer and Aerospace requirements
● Responsible for classification of all non-conforming parts and materials used for coating, grit blasting, buffing,
grinding and other special services for customer parts
● Responsible for entire internal document review board, ensuring all documents are in accordance with AS9100
and other blankets Aerospace standards
● Maintain and update customer specifications and industry standards as new revisions are uploaded by customer,
vendor or industry
● Calibration of all measuring tools & traceability
● Verified Certificate for lead auditor (SAE INTERNATIONAL AS9100)
