Hello, my name is Maria, but everyone calls me Maria Cecilia, I am a recently graduated Master's student, I studied Human Management and Organizational Development, and I am currently looking for new opportunities in Onboarding and recruitment management. I consider myself a professional, motivating woman with experience in the area of more than 7 years of experience in the area of recruitment and selection of personnel. Fui freelance para dos instituciones diferentes, a nivel nacional, ambas en diferentes países. El primero fue Employ Now y el segundo fue Relode. Ambas empresas se dedican a la búsqueda de personal. Trabajé en otras empresas realizando el proceso de reclutamiento y gestión en el área de gestión de personal, también asistí en el proceso de reclutamiento y selección, en estas empresas estuve por varios años de forma independiente, MM S.R.L consultoría, PIP, Taino Express entre otras.

I was freelance for two different institutions, at the national level, both in different countries. The first was Employ Now and the second was Relode.
