I am a rising 2L at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. I am currently looking for a summer associate/intern program, preferably one that provides exposure to a wide variety of practice areas.
KANSAS CITY ACCIDENT INJURY ATTORNEYS, Kansas City, MO Receptionist (July 2021 - June 2022)
● Practiced and maintained customer service by answering and redirecting attorney, client, and insurance calls and greeting and assisting clients in the office
● Logged 3-5 cases into a legal database weekly after their resolution
● Filed, sorted, and distributed approximately 100 pieces of mail and created filing for new cases each week
● Supported and assisted the attorneys by delivering documents to other firms, picking up packages, or running general errands when needed
● Prepared conference rooms and meeting spaces for depositions, client meetings, and mediations
