Mark is the founder and lead facilitator for Equivice. He has worked for over 35 years in leadership, consulting, and learning and development roles with international ministries including Wycliffe Bible Translators, Compassion International, and Samaritan’s Purse. Mark recently served as an interim Senior Pastor, supporting a local church as they navigated through a difficult transition. Currently he works fractionally as the Director of International Programs for Hope Over Crisis and provides consulting and facilitation services through Equivice.
He and his wife Susan have been married for over 33 years and have lived and raised three children in Papua New Guinea, China, and the U.S.
Mark is a group process expert with proven competencies and formal training in professional facilitation, conflict reconciliation, change management, organizational leadership, and learning management and design. “I’m passionate about working with ministry communities in the midst of growth and transition, who often feel stuck. My heart is bringing the wisdom of the group together, helping them bridge divides and forge unity in a way that honors everyone’s voice, so they can collaboratively design the future together.”
