Mark joined ATR in December of 2024 as Recruiting Manager. Prior to joining ATR, Mark worked as Military recruiter for over 18 years for the Army National Guard in Colorado for 10 years and Florida for the last 8 years. While serving in the military he became subject matter expert in the many facets of recruiting the best candidates for different military jobs and supervised top teams of recruiters in Colorado and later in Florida. Mark also served in the Military as a volunteer Chaplain during drill weekends and different events.

Mark is a graduate of Castleton University where he received his B.S. in Business Administration/Management with a minor in U.S. History and later he received his Master's in Divinity/Chaplaincy from Liberty University.
