• Expert in writing effective Boolean keywords.
• Full life-cycle recruiting responsibilities, including identifying candidates for upcoming proposal opportunities.
• Cold called and conducted phone screens with candidates.
• Assisting with coordinating major recruiting activities.
• Have high success rate in submitting resumes that match required skills and qualifications requested by Hiring Managers
• Have good success rate of identifying and presenting contingent offers for a two-week proposal submittal timeframe – all TS SCI candidates
