I thrive at helping traditional and digital publications achieve a higher level of success through evolution of their editorial staff, subject matter, digital assets, and overall publication presentation.
For the past 14 years I have been a project editor and technology specialist at Loyola Press, a curriculum and trade publisher in Chicago. I coordinate with Design, Production, and Sales and Marketing from manuscript stage to final product for print and digital content. I also oversee freelance writers and provide solutions for schedule, workflow, and content management.
Key player in developing company’s digital asset library and growing digital media portfolio. In addition, I am a key voice in developing inter- and intra-departmental procedures to utilize new technologies and replace outdated processes, including content management and communications solutions.
I have a B.A. in history from Wright State University, an M.A. in Liberal Studies from Northwestern University, and a certificate in Manuscript Editing from the University of Chicago.
