My career includes directing agricultural procurement strategies for multi‑billion‑pound raw material portfolios, optimizing integrated supply chains across North America and Europe, and advising senior leadership and global partners — including iconic brands such as McDonald’s. With over 30 years of leadership experience in the global food industry, I have served on senior leadership teams with significant P&L accountability, shaping commercial and operational strategies that strengthen supply continuity, reduce risk exposure, and drive profitable growth in complex, competitive markets. I focus on aligning strategy, execution, and people to build resilient systems and long-term customer value.
I bring more than 15 years of direct accountability for over $850M in strategic raw material sourcing, leading end-to-end procurement, contracting strategy, supplier partnerships, and risk mitigation frameworks that support both annual operating plans and long-range enterprise objectives.
Earlier in my career, I led global sales and relationship management for top-tier international QSRs, including McDonald’s, and regional chains while supporting multi-channel customers in those same markets. Combined with hands-on experience in manufacturing and quality control, this background gives me a holistic understanding of the full value chain — from field to customer.
