MSN educated nurse with extensive experience within the level III/IV NICU arena. Positions held within the hospital environment include Unit Manager, Clinical Quality Nurse Leader and Nurse Educator. Currently serving as a Clinical Education Consultant with a multi national leader in infusion technology. Responsibilities include, liaison with customer (hospital) leadership, assessment of current customer workflow, education curricula development and delivery for infusion device users and post go-live support.
My professional progression in healthcare: Nurse NICU (level III/IV), Clinical Quality Nurse Leader, Education and Unit Management. My focus is the development and improvement of staff and systems, through evidence driven research and effective staff education.
Since 2020, my role has been more focused to the development and implementation of infusion systems within national healthcare organizations.
