I’m Marty Cespedes, MPM, Director of HR, Safety, & Loss Control. I lead human resources, workplace safety, and risk management initiatives that support operational excellence and a strong culture of safety and accountability. I partner closely with divisional leaders and field teams to reduce risk, strengthen employee engagement, and drive sustainable organizational performance
I am an HR, safety, and risk management leader with experience overseeing human resources, payroll, loss control, and compliance functions. In my current leadership role, I manage employee benefits, workers’ compensation, insurance programs, internal audits, and HR policy development, while leading budgets and cross‑functional teams. I also drive operational efficiency through process improvement, method engineering, and work measurement initiatives.
Earlier in my career, I supported HR recruitment and onboarding, workforce analysis, training development, financial analysis, and global operations. Across all roles, I have focused on data‑driven decision‑making, continuous improvement, and building scalable systems that support organizational performance.

I hold a Master’s degree in Healthcare Analytics and a Master’s degree in Project Management from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lancaster Bible College and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from ULACIT in Costa Rica. I am also certified as a First Aid/CPR Instructor and Scaffold Instructor through the National Safety Council, and I am trilingual in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
