Worked in a steakhouse style restaurant for three years, while also preparing food for assisted living residents. Prepared breakfast alone for 75-150 residents daily. Lead a brigade of cooks preparing bistro style meals for 200-400 residents a day. Prepped and executed many caterings for the campus. Prepared and executed dishes for the fine dining restaurant on campus.

Completed high school and went to community college to be a teacher for three year.
