  • 2018 - started using 2013 DMG Mori NHX5000 (Siemens 840d control). Machine had been unused for a few years because no one knew the Siemens control. I had to make a working post processor, and have made multiple repairs since.
  • 2022 - started using Esprit CAM software for better programming of 5 Axis and advanced turning machines.
  • 2023 - In charge of disassembly, rigging, and commissioning a used large Giddings and Lewis VTL with Fanuc 31i series Control. Learned a lot about the fanuc PLC, ladder, diagnostics, and parameters. Due to required disassembly, I had to disconnect and reconnect all the wires in the machine and learned a lot about the fanuc control.
  • 2025 - reinitialization of 2 large fanuc 18m and 11m machines. (5axis SNK FSP120, 5 axis Anayak HVM7000) Needed to reload PLC and ladders along with reconstructing missing parameters from books. Also adjusted backlash and straightness compensation.
