My primary job as rail maintenance is to tear out B.O. rail and replace it. I have been trained on multiple pieces of equipment including skid steers, loci, loader, getmen, Gehl forklifts, ect. to complete the task at hand. I have repaired multiple pieces of equipment to make sure they're in safe operation for underground usage.
I sign off on multiple SOP to ensure safety, which is priority in my day-to-day work. Due to my fabrication background, I have also done a lot of welding repair jobs underground.

Currently employed with Iron Works. We specialize in constructing preassembled buildings from structural steel, installing metal siding and metal roofing. My job description includes everything from hanging steel to all the trim work in the buildings. I've spent the majority of my time trimming out the buildings and making sure they are up to standard for the finished product.

I worked underground for signal peak as a coal miner. I used the computers to prop the roof up as the sheer mined the coal. Sometimes shovelling coal for hours in a day. Long days of 13 hour days. Ran some underground equipment like muckers and skid steers.

Fought and Company is unionized under local 516 ironworkers. I was only a fitter or fabricator. Spent my time reading blueprint and build complex structural/bridge steel to spec. We used FCAW and SMAW to tack and stack for our welders. Everything was fabricated to spec by blueprint.

Tradesman international was a short term hire process. I was hired on as a certified welder/fabricator to help a shop achieve a goal. I spent most my time there as a fabricator and reading blue prints to build structural steel/tower components.
