I have worked in restaurants my entire adult life. I have held every front of the house position and am a highly proficient server and bartender. I love the F&B industry and take a tremendous amount of pride in my work and capabilities.
I have worked in F&B for the last 25 years. I have accumulated a wealth of food and wine knowledge which helps me guide a guest to the best fine dining experience they can have.
I dropped out of a Literature PhD program. Rather than being over educated I instead bring a higher level of professionalism to the dining experience.
