Seasoned investment professional with experience generating risk-adjusted returns through a combination of asset-based direct lending and the acquisition of cash-flowing assets with emphasis on (i) media-related assets (e.g. passive and action film/TV catalog, film distribution, single-picture production and financing, music publishing and other royalty assets, stage, theater, live events and intellectual property rights), and (ii) certain real estate assets (e.g. hospitality, co-living, multi-family, condo, studio development, SFR, Build-to-Rent, NPL and REO acquisition).
Responsible for all aspects of the investment process across both debt and equity products.
