I am originally from a small town in the lower Yakima Valley and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Justice with a minor in Psychology. My background includes training through the Kittitas County Reserve Academy and experience in juvenile rehabilitation, where I developed a strong commitment to supporting individuals in the corrections system. My focus is on helping them successfully reintegrate into the community and achieve their full potential.
As I transition to a new city, I am seeking professional opportunities where I can apply my skills, dedication, and passion for making a meaningful impact.
I have served as a Juvenile Rehabilitation Officer 3 (JRO3) with the Department of Children, Youth, and Families at Parke Creek Community Facility, one of eight state-operated group homes in Washington, for approximately three years. In this capacity, I supervise and manage up to 14 at-risk youth, ages 13 to 17, providing structure, guidance, and rehabilitation support. My work focuses on fostering personal growth, preparing youth for successful reintegration into the community, and implementing strategies to reduce recidivism.
I completed my four-year college education, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Justice with a minor in Psychology. In addition, I attended my local Reserve Academy and gained brief experience with my local Sheriff’s Department.
