I have been a full time Real Estate Appraiser since 2002. Since then I have gained significant experience doing very high end custom luxury homes throughout Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. I worked for Fannie Mae during the market crash of 2008 and am well versed in completing REO, land, small income units and properties with a difficult degree of complexity.
I have been a real estate appraiser since 2002 I began my career with Calval Appraisals, which is based in West Hills, Ca. .
Of 2004 I started my company, Arya Appraisal Services. Since then, i've gained significant experience in appraising various types of properties, single family, condominium, planned developments, 2 to 4 units, residential new construction, REO/ Foreclosures, estate settlement probate, divorce and review appraisals for banks and asset management companies. I Specialize in Land, as well as High End Custom Luxury Estates throughout Malibu and The Westside. My portfolio for 2021 has over 1 billion in Real Estate Appraised.
I have some college experience, but began appraising at a young age of 23. I have taken many courses throughout the last 20 years to further my education.
