Travel has always been my passion in life. My goal is to continue traveling while learning about the world and the people who live in it. When I'm not traveling to a new country or teaching in a classroom, my day is usually filled with catching up with friends, reading a good book, or sometimes writing my own book.
I have completed my TEFL practicum in Barcelona, Spain, by teaching English to children from the ages of 3-14. I have classroom experience from working at preschools in Anchorage, Alaska, and in Yucaipa, California. I have created lesson plans for children of all ages that touch on an assortment of subjects, my goal when lesson planning to to make sure that they will be fun and challenging for my students abilities.
I have completed 150 hours of coursework with the International TEFL Academy in Los Angeles, CA. My 20 hours of practicum were completed in Barcelona, Spain, where I taught Spanish and Catalan speaking children.
