- Turnaround Leadership: Reestablished structure and culture on the unit during a transitional period.
- Team Supervision: Lead daily multidisciplinary rounds with a team comprising residents, fellows, nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, ABA providers, and school teachers.
- Complex Care Coordination: Successfully coordinated legal and clinical efforts to administer electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) to a pediatric patient, involving complex systems-level collaboration.
- Quality Improvement: Achieved Net Promoter Scores (NPS) consistently near 80% and reduced seclusion/restraint events through new safety initiatives.
- Productivity: RVU productivity exceeded the 50th percentile of AAMC national benchmarks consistently from FY22 through FY25.
