About

I am happy to be applying for the position ; I feel that I am a strong candidate for this position. As someone with extensive experience as a Pediatric SLP and Virtual Special Needs Tutor; I am co-owner of Virtual Milestone Academy. I believe that I could become a valuable member of this team.

During my previous role of Virtually Tutoring for Special Needs, I provided valuable consulting to parents as they met milestone goals with strategic collaboration. My primary goal was to streamline the intervention and consultation experience and look for ways to increase efficiency while reducing frustration. Overall, I learned I was able to help children and families reach new levels of success, and that my innovative ideas enabled families to experience teamwork as they were helping their children learn.

I am a creative Speech Language Pathologist with 4 years experience as a Clinic Director. I also enjoy researching and implementing creative technologies that bring teams together. I see the value of collaborating and humbly learning and making ongoing adjustments. I did not aspire to work virtually, this avenue found me and showed me the value that it has. I work virtually because I am able to provide a more quality experience.

Thank you for taking the time to look into my profile. I'm hoping to learn more information about this position. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me, and I will be more than happy to discuss my qualifications in greater detail.

Sincerely,

Megan Cawlfield MS CCC SLP, C-SLDI
