My name is pronounced Mah-Colah. I am a decisive, result-driven professional with a 20+ years' history of successful Customer Service/Front Desk Concierge.

Proficiency is high in handling multi-line phone systems, scheduling appointments, handling inventory and money management, using the Microsoft Office suite, and managing mail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills enabled the provision of exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and efficient environment for all members, guests, and staff.
