Melinda Riggs

I graduated high school as a CNA 18 years ago. I have within the last 2 years gotten my medical assistant license. I have always worked in healthcare or customer service. The medical field has always been my passion and there is nothing I love more than helping people.

I am currently working PRN at Norton Healthcare out of Louisville KY. I have helped with anything from a minor cold to a patient having a stroke. Phlebotomy has been something that I have found that I absolutely love.

My dream is to work from home with either one of my licenses. I am a mom of 4 children and a wife of 16 years.

I have worked in long term care taking care of patients in the dying hour. I love working as a Medical Assistant. Giving injections, medications and charting is something that I love to do.

I have had my CNA license for 18 years, my Medical Assistant License for 2 years, CPR certified. I also hold an Associate in Art from KCTCS.
