Report directly to C-Suite with financial reports. Monthly reconciliation and auditing for AP, AR, customer deposits, open orders, inventory receiving reports, and bank accounts prior to month end close. Run clearing reports for all aspects of the business. Liaison with accountant for year end tax returns. File sales and use tax as well as being the touch point person for outside audits. Property statements, business license renewals, 1099s, statement of information, etc. fall within my purview.
