With over two decades of experience leading sports development programs, athlete partnerships, and event activations across North America and Europe, I have consistently designed initiatives that bridge professional sport and community engagement. AsFounder of Citizens Sports, I’ve delivered sustainable participation and sponsorship programs for youth clubs, schools, and facilities, ensuring that brand investment translates into long-term growth and inclusion.
In my role asGeneral Manager at Fletcher’s Fields (Summer Celebration of Rugby), I directed major tournaments and athlete experiences that brought together national teams, community clubs, and thousands of fans. These events - featuring Rugby Ontario, the Canadian Classics, and provincial finals - were as much about inspiring young players as they were about showcasing the game’s elite. By blending hospitality, storytelling, and athlete access, I created experiences that left lasting impressions on both professional players and the next generation watching from the stands.
Earlier, asDirector of Rugby at Pirate Youth Sports, I piloted a grassroots rugby program in Colorado that grew from concept to community adoption. Initiatives likeSponsor Speed Dating connected local businesses to youth athletes, raising funds while embedding the sport in the fabric of the community. I view this same philosophy - creating mutual value between brand, athlete, and community - as essential to modern athlete servicing and product seeding strategies.
My leadership extends beyond the field. As owner ofMick Mullen’s Irish Bar(Denver Westword’s Best New Bar 2020), I learned the art of crafting environment and atmosphere - skills directly transferrable to creating boutique, high-touch athlete experiences. Whether hosting a national championship celebration or orchestrating a team partnership activation, I bring a combination of strategic planning, operational discipline, and genuine human connection to every interaction.
