IT and Cybersecurity executive with over 18 years of leadership experience in building and scaling enterprise security, IT operations, infrastructure, and privacy programs across the fintech, healthcare, and pharmaceutical research sectors. As a first-time CISO at three organizations, I have developed security strategies from the ground up, aligning cyber programs with business growth, facilitating mergers and acquisitions, and preparing for public offerings. I serve as a trusted advisor to boards, legal teams, business owners, HR departments, and development engineering teams, maintaining a track record of driving innovation, ensuring product security, and enhancing enterprise resilience. I've managed security budgets of up to $67 million and led teams ranging from 1 to 85 people, including four director-level reports, while supervising consultants and managed security service providers, as well as overseeing global teams in India, Singapore, Ukraine, Ireland, and the Philippines. I am known for achieving rapid turnarounds, such as remediating breach incidents that incurred millions in annual penalties and obtaining NYDFS, SOC 2 Type 2, and PCI DSS compliance in record time.

I have implemented several centralized risk management programs that streamlined enterprise communication, boosted brand confidence, and enabled scalable and more profitable product delivery. In addition to my executive leadership roles, I have served on an advisory board focusing on advanced encryption, have been invited to speak internationally on cybersecurity auditing techniques, and was honored to participate in an executive cloud security roundtable in Tel Aviv, Israel, hosted by Gil Shwed, Founder and CEO of Check Point Software Technologies.
