I am a hard working, self motivated, individual who loves a challenge and is always seeking ways to grow and develop. Seeing potential in others and helping them to reach a higher level of success and accomplishment is life giving and s skill that I absolutely believe is essential in life and career. Developing leaders and managing others is a passion and a skill that I have grown into and love to utilize in any situation, job or industry.

It helps build next generation leaders as well as help build successful business and help with growth.

Over the past 20+ years, I have worked in a couple different industries. And many of those years have worked a full time job as well as a part time position. Every job I have had I have been recognized for management and leadership skills which always placed me in a position of moving up quickly.

As someone who has held a professional career for years without a college degree, I take pride in working hard to develop and grow to reach my greatest potential and lead and manage in a way that my supervisors can be proud of and comfortable with the knowledge that I am in the position I am in, and also earn respect and trust from those I lead. Leadership development has become a huge part of any position I have had. Due to my lack of a degree and others seeing potential in me and taking a chance on me, it has become a passion to look for potential in people and help grow them to reach their fullest potential.

I believe that developing leaders is the best way to help people but also grow businesses by recognizing and equipping others.

I am a high school graduate with some college. Most recently, I have taken history classes in theology for my current role at a church. I also regularly find conferences and trainings to help develop my skills in knowledge in the music and tech industry.
