I work at a window and door company as an office manager/rental manager. We have 10 apartments as well that I manage.
I answer phones, take messages, direct calls, call clients back, balance the check book every month, complete sales tax paperwork every quarter, invoice customers, take rent and customer payments, show apartments for rent, order office supplies/equipment, clean, and help out where ever I can.
I have worked in an office setting for most of my experience. I have usually been the one in charge and have many responsibilities at each job that I have held. I am a multi-tasker with 15 years of office/customer service experience. I type 60+ wpm, know computer programs, good on the phones, love to help customers, and enjoy learning something new everyday.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and have worked with disabled people, children, inmates, and a vast majority of diverse groups of people.
I attended Binghamton University to earn my Bachelor's Degree after I obtained two, two-year degrees from Broome Community College. It took a year for me to complete my Bachelor's. I needed only 11 classes when I started.
