I have worked in the medical field for the past 22 years. I've been a CNA, Nursing assistant for an Internal Medicine doctor, and currently Ascension Providence ER. I know the importance of customer service especially knowing that the receptionist is the first the customer sees and can set the tone for their whole stay.
