Mike Vargas

My name is Mike Vargas and I was born and raised in Plant City, FL. I have 2 daughters that I do everything in the world for. They have pushed me to be a better person and always looking to become even better.

I have worked a different variety of jobs from construction to door to door sales. The most comfortable I've ever felt was in the warehouse. I'm ready for my next challenge in life and feel like I'd fit right in at Gordon Foods.

I'm a hungry person who will not only bring a hard work ethic but will bring a positive mindset day in day out no matter the circumstance. I hope to get the opportunity to show it.

I have 4 years of selecting experience that I know will help me adapt as fast as possible at the same time know how to do it in the safest manner. I worked at Save A Lot for 3 years as an order selector often helping out in other areas such as forklift and loading. Soon after I took a position at Publix. I have experience in dry grocery, produce, meat and freezer departments.
