Misa Yoshikawa

I have worked in Japan for over 20 years producing documentary television programs. I am very curious and empathetic, and I enjoy engaging with people. Working in the U.S., I see that many visitors still need assistance with English, whether they are traveling for leisure or business.

I want to help people who may be struggling at airports or other places. I have personally been helped over the phone with tasks like purchasing tickets in the past, which has piqued my interest in customer support roles over the phone.
