Block Mobilization Coordinator at SMNet (UNICEF) (2024-05 – Present)
Supported routine immunization programs including campaigns, cold chain management, Village Health Sanitation and Nutrition Days (VHSNDs), 108 Aspirational Block Programme, promotion of institutional deliveries, HBNC Programme, community follow-up of SNCU graduates, Stop Diarrhea campaign, and contributed responses to public health emergencies, including Polio, JE-AES, and COVID-19, through planning, capacity building, supportive supervision, use of data and review at various forums. Mobilized cross-sectoral support for the Health Department from Education, ICDS, PRI, Rural Development, Namami Gange, UPSRLM, IMA, IAP, and other stakeholders through strategic convergence.

E Kavach Coordinator at IHAT (TSU) (2023-05 – 2024-05)
- To support the FLWs and supervisors to roll out E Kavach application and its implementation.

- To support Department of Health and Family Welfare (DHFW) and Department of Child Development (DoCD) implementation of health and nutrition programs of GoUP.
- To support in strengthening cluster meeting, Sub Centre level meetings and Sector meetings.
- To conduct visits to Village Health Sanitation & Nutrition Days (VHSND) and to provide supportive supervision and mentoring support FLWs (ASHA, ANM, AWW).

- Provide technical assistance at Block level to improve coverage for Polio & routine immunization by Networking and Behavioral change communication in the Community.
- Develop Partnership with Block level partners as Health, Education, PRI, NPSP (W.H.O.) ICDS and Eminent Religious Leaders, Institutions/ Madarsas to plan and implement social mobilization/ IEC activities for the polio Eradication and Routine immunization/Mission Indradhanush program.
- Mobilizing field level stakeholders- especially Teachers, Pradhans, Anganwadi Workers, and Auxiliary Nurse Midwives for better program outcome.
- Conducting and participating in Trainings at Block level for awareness generation for Immunization, Health & sanitation.
