In my recent roles, I've developed a diverse skill set in inventory management, customer service, technical project work, and software development. As a Summer Student at S&C Electric Company, I tracked and cataloged over 100 parts, optimizing inventory processes by suggesting a separate system for large parts to improve retrieval efficiency. I also streamlined procurement by refining reorder levels and improving communication with suppliers to ensure component availability.
My time as a Retail Sales Associate at The Men’s Wearhouse allowed me to focus on customer service, where I helped customers find formalwear, contributed to high monthly sales, and prioritized smooth store operations.
My volunteer experience with the American Barmi Association has further strengthened my organizational and project management skills. I've managed financial operations, secured funding, and maintained the association’s website, all while balancing these responsibilities with my academic schedule. I’ve also gained hands-on experience through projects like the fire station redesign, where I collaborated with a team to create blueprints and propose layout changes to enhance community safety.
Additionally, I designed an interactive Python game, developing multiple story paths and engaging gameplay, which deepened my skills in Python and game design.
