● Recruit, train. and supervising staff in front desk duties and overall hotel activities
● Manage budgets, statistical and financial records, & hotel inventory
● Conduct clerical duties such as guest check in, reservations, and plan maintenance work
● Handle customer complaints and queries & ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws.
● Promote and market the hotel by hosting hotel events & various activities to draw in guests
● Coordinate and administering hotel services such as catering and accommodation facilities.
