I volunteer at Eloisa's Day Care it has given me the opportunity to learn about children. I help the children make art, cook I also help clean. We teach them basic skills like reading, mathematics, and the alphabet. We teach them about the importance of kindness, manners, and friendship.

I recently became involved in community service for the nonprofit organization. We went door-to-door knocking around the area with a petition to bring back recycling bins in the Modesto area.

Being a Teacher Aide has helped me acquire basic skills that could help me in the workplace. I was given basic tasks such as printing, grading, and filing papers.

Concession Stand (2015-09 – 2015-09)

During the sports season at my middle school I ran the concession stand in which we sold snacks and drinks. I had basic duties such as, welcoming people, taking orders, processing cash payments and operating food.

Cashier at McDonalds (2019-10 – Present)

Working at McDonalds I have learned to be quick on my feet, how to communicate with customers and how to operate cash. I have learned to have great customer service and have gained experience to work under pressure. By working at McDonalds I had to stay focused on the job and stayed physically fit to carry objects over 50 pounds and stand on my feet for long periods of time.
